  Realky busy heaps of kids. Staff were great. Food cost alot.

  This cafe has a great location with a fully fenced park for the kids to play while having a coffee or a meal. The coffee was nice. The service was disappointing though. We knew we would be in for a wait as it was school holidays there were a lot of people there when we arrived, and we were happy to wait, but 2 hours was way more than we expected. When half of our food finally arrived we were the only people left in the outdoor seating area, and had been the only ones there for 45 mins. One of the kids was left for an extra 20 min waiting for a bowl of chips after all the other food arrived. The kids burgers came out on what looked like a brioche bun and as one of the kids has an egg anaphaylaxis, we asked what the ingredients list was to check of it was ok. Apparently they dont know what is in their own bread, no allegen information at all, so ordered him a bowl of chips tp be safe. We asked for table water, it never arrived, finally when the food arrived we got one of the older kids to go inside and get it. No cups given with the water and had to stop the kids from pouring the water into the dirty cups that hadnt been cleared from our table from the last people that had been there. The kids burgers came with lettuce, despite asking for no lettuce. No big deal, you just take it off. Kind of hard to take off bbq sauce when you specifically asked for tomato sauce though, luckily the kids were so hungry by that point we were able to dump some tomato sauce from a dipping cup and they scoffed it without complaint. The "deluxe" egg and bacon roll was really insubstantial. It had avacado on it, which we asked to not have on it as my friend that ordered is allergic. Luckily there was a lovely burger bun sitting there unused that she was able to put some of the egg and bacon on... the bits that didnt have avacado all over it anyway. All of these mistakes were despite the wait person repeating our order back to us perfectly when we ordered. All up the experience wasnt one we would like to repeat.

  Really slow. 15 mins for 2 takeaway coffees. Only a couple of people in the shop and still slow

  Staff are always incredibly friendly, food is consistently amazing and atmosphere is inviting and relaxing (and always super clean!) Thanks for all you do :)
